Hello Alita, A, P, M & Poppy

EPBP teaches me again. "Keep connected with pals."

Recently I found myself telling his tale of the 'real Mount Sinai" I learned it from being pals with your husband, father & grandfather. For some time he lived with my first wife Irma Geggie, son Christopher and I in the Annex in Toronto. He was/is a fine man. I do hope you contact me... 707.874.1788.. <rgeggie@growingupeasier.org>

His Siani saga demands telling if it has not been done already..Has it?

I am sorry

Dear Alita and family,

I knew Peter only a little but he was well known as a real teacher- that is, as an engaged, humane, always curious person. And your strong bond with him, Alita, was apparent. May you and your children hold fast through this.

Just a great teacher and person.

I was fortunate to have Mr. Battey-Pratt as a teacher when I was a student at Ernestown in the 70's. He was an extraordinarily gifted teacher, and a gentle soul. I've thought of him often over the years.

My thoughts and prayers with the family. Mr. Battey-Pratt was a patient and caring teacher. I enjoyed my time with him in gr 10 and 11.

Dear Alita, Annetta, Penelope and Melissa,

I have just learned of the death of Peter and am very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed teaching with him at Ernestown for many years where he was a very popular teacher. Peter was a wonderful conversationalist and always showed interest in others. I remember conversations with him about string theory, the origins of biblical lore, and my distant Ukranian genes. He was unique and wonderful. I am so pleased to have known him.
