DUKOFF, Dr. Stephen - 1953 - 2018 Passed away suddenly at the age of 64 on February 25, 2018. Stephen is survived by his loving wife Diane and his sons David and Andrew. He will be dearly missed by his family, his friends, and his dog and cats that always kept him company. Dr. Dukoff worked professionally as a child psychologist, helping parents and children throughout the Kingston community. He also made major contributions to his field through actions like helping to write the definition of learning disabilities used by the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario (LDAO) and the Learning Disabilities Association of Canada (LDAC), and by co-chairing the writing of the Ontario Ministry of Education's Intensive Support Amount (ISA) document. At home, Stephen's passions included his motorcycles, his workshop, and his books.
