I am truly sorry to learn of Cliff's passing. While working with The RCR I had the honour and privilege to meet and work with Cliff. He was a true gentleman and always offered his expertise and knowledge to help with our capital campaigns. At this sad time, my deepest heartfelt sympathy goes out to his wife Theresa and family.
