I am very sorry for your loss. Neil was a well respected teacher and school administrator at Brebeuf as well as in the larger Brebeuf College community. I will be arranging for a memorial mass to be celebrated at St Mary’s Cathedral at a later date. My late wife (Maureen Fowler) on many occasion spoke of the fond memories of the times spent with the Gazeley Family.

So your guy was one cool "guy" and represented what Brebuef students were like in the early years...intelligent, competitive, mischievous and fun loving. If Bill Maher of "Real Time" had an older brother "showing him the way" it would be "Gazeley"... he is fondly remembered and one fooled around in his class. We were lucky to have him as a role model as I am sure you were.

Thanks for sharing him with us

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you, Ray. The Gazeleys lived next to the corner store, and we lived on the opposite corner, same block, same street. Good memories from childhood. He's in heaven.

God bless.
