DURHAM, Lenore (Swindall) - Passed away after a courageous struggle with illness, with loving family members by her side, at the Norfolk General Hospital Nursing Residence, on Sunday, February 11th, 2018, Lenore (Swindall) Durham, formerly of Paris, at the age of 87. Former dedicated employee of Kellogg's/London. Much loved wife and best friend of 68 years of Ernest (Ernie) Durham. Loved mother and mother-in-law of: David Durham (Linda) of Harley; Frank Durham (Cathy) of London; Wayne Durham (Anna) of Calgary; Judy (Kerry Birley) of Princeton; and James Durham (Carmen) of Burlington. Loving grandmother of ten grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. Loved sister and sister-in-law of: Betty and late Walter Smith; Marilyn and late Bud Lindsay; Peggy and late Duncan McDonald. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents: Ernest Swindall and Emily (Bridge) Swindall; also predeceased by two sisters: Dorothy and late Lyle Humphrey; and Joan and late Ivor Griffith. Friends, former neighbours, and relatives will be received by the family on Thursday, February 15th, 2018, from 1 to 2 pm at the MAURICE J. VERHOEVE FUNERAL HOMES-BURIAL AND CREMATION SERVICES INC. , 262 Broadway Street, Tillsonburg. Celebration of Life Service to follow on Thursday at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel, by Rev. Pat Cook, Associate Minister of St. Paulís United Church, Tillsonburg. Interment follows in the family plot at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, 2001 Dundas Street East, London. Memorial donations in Lenoreís name are payable by cheque only to the "Heart & Stroke Foundation" or the "Canadian Cancer Society" through the Maurice J.
