Truly will be missed

I've recently heard of Eddie's passing. It stopped me temporarily, it didn't seem possible. I attended CCI '68 -'73. Eddie C. was my teacher and coach through those years in a variety of courses and more importantly in many sports and life lessons. He's always one of those important people I think of from my younger years.

My sincere condolences to his family and close friends who also mourn his passing. I won't stop thinking of Eddie, he was truly a classic educator in my mind. Kind Regards.

Good collegue

One of the best life-teachers I had the honour of knowing. His out-of-class teachings instilled self-determination, self-confidence, self-respect and tolerance.

Round 'em all, Coach, round 'em all.

Truly will be missed!

You were such an inspiration to all you came in contact with, I remember my grade 9 year, not knowing which way was up and you made this individual feel welcomed and appreciated. Your humour, teaching style and ability to connect with your students was an influence on me taking up the profession. I will cherish your memory in my heart and can't thank you enough for what you meant to CCI and all those who you inspired. Rest well sir!

Deepest love and sympathies

Dear Renee, Rupp & Family. Our deepest love and sympathies to all of you. Your dad and mom were so kind to me when I came to Canada and I loved babysitting at your house. Their generosity and kindness holds a very special place in my heart. Hold close in your hearts to the special blessing of having such an amazing dad (& mom) who touched so many peoples lives. With deepest love and prayers.
