John Allan (Al) Phillips

PHILLIPS, John Allan (Al) - July 9, 1950 February 6, 2018 Al Phillips, beloved husband of Tanja (nee Malis), passed away peacefully at home in Brockville, Ontario on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at the age of 67. Al was the cherished father of Cass Larson (Amie) and Haley Culver (Randy) and step father of Amanda Hudson and Luke Hudson (Christina). Proud grandfather of Sierra and Chase Culver and James Larson. Son of the late Edgar and Betty Phillips, brother to the late David Phillips and the late Wendy Levee. Survived by his brothers Doug (Cynthia), Vern (Lin) and David (Mona) and nieces and nephews. Al will be missed by many friends and business colleagues. Al was the owner of Garden World and dedicated his career to his customers and staff. Cremation has taken place. Internment at a later date. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a celebration of Als life on Saturday February 17, 2018 between 2 and 5 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, 2803-2817 Second Concession Rd, Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions can be made to Brockville & District Hospice Palliative Care Service, Garden Street or a charity of your choice. 13251422
