The Loss of a True Gentleman Posted by Joannie Wonnacott (Niece) On Thursday, February 8, 2018 It a hard road to walk but Uncle Stan was a True Gentleman. He made big shoes to fill, but the example he set has been passed to all of his children and grandchildren. I know Uncle Stan will be missed. He will always be among you in little ways, as you all care a small part of him forward. In Sympathy Posted by Dan O'Rourke (Neighbour on River Road Raleigh) On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 Even though he was a neighbour way around the bend his farm was right across from our home and we enjoyed some of his Pea harvest when the field would allow.I recall when I was a young fellow and the barn next to the Argenti's house next to ours, I helped hang tobacco one summer and got a real taste of hard, dirty work then and also hoeing in the fields. What a very nice and gentle man ....may Mr. Wonnacott rest in heavenly peace with John and Mrs Betty,my sincerest condolences to your family. Praying for you Posted by Kim Cooper (Friend) On Wednesday, February 7, 2018 To Wayne and the Wonnacott family - I am so sorry to hear of Stan's passing. What an amazing man he was.
