Your mom was a remarkable woman

My condolences to the family. My daughter and I spent many hours with Betty and Bob enjoying their hospitality, humour and stories. Betty had me in stitches when she was explaining where the name of one of her 'classic' recipes came from, a dish referred to a 'slops'. I will always remember both of them fondly.
