I always think of Mr. Justice when I hear the music to William Blake's poem "Jerusalem". He opened the world of music to many young people. This was a great gift.
A Fine Man

What wonderful memories of my sister Judy and I singing in the junior choir! Many Kiwanis festival awards favourite choir song was, and remains, "Nunc dimitis in G". May you rest in peace, Mr. Justice.

Donald was a neighbour in Niagara for many years. He was a wonderful musician and played for us at our wedding fifty years ago. We are thinking of you Bill and the girls and their families.
Never Forgot!

When I was a boy, Donald Justice was acting as a music supervisor for the N F Board of Ed, probably under Harold Jones. He came into the "music room" of the school, proceeded to the piano and without any fanfare or introduction played "Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring". I had never heard anything so beautiful in my life and to this day, that music is my favorite! I had a real epiphany that day (as a 11 yr old) such as I have never had since. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Rest gently but with music Mr Justice. You were the best choir director I ever had. I've thought about our Junior choir and singing at the Kiwanis festival often, you were the best. Your love of music shone.
