I have had the opportunity to work with Andy for almost 3 years to help him stay active. He has been a very good client, doing his exercises at home, as well as providing me with proper feedback throughout this process. I had been thinking of him for a while and found out this sad news. I send my prayers and thoughts to all of his family. You will be greatly missed.

Cheryl, and all of Andy's family.

Our deepest sympathy, Andy and I were school mates and altar boys at St Anne's in Glace bay Many years ago. we contacted each other a few years ago and I was looking forward to his next visit to Cape Breton. he was a nice guy . I will always remember him that way. rest in peace Andy

I had the pleasure of meeting Andy and Shirley at a number of Theatre Ontario Festivals - my condolences to the family on the loss of both - they were fine people and I know Andy in particular made a major contribution to community theatre in Ontario
Andrew played many roles very well.

Gentleman. Scientist. Thespian. Mentor. The world has lost a treasure.

I got to know Andrew Trasuk through my mother, who also played roles in Glen Productions. Fast forward to General Vanier High School where Andy the thespian is department head of Chemistry! That's versatile! Andrew inspired me to set my sights high and pursue engineering. I am a better person for it. He was a real mensch.

Andrew Trasuk was a teacher in the true sense of the word. He will be missed, but he won't be replaced.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Andy's passing; I saw him several months ago at a theatre festival in Peterborough, and we said our goodbyes with the usual "see you at the next festival." I also read that his contribution to the arts in Cornwall had just been recognized as an inaugural "Cornwall Arts hall of famer" - indeed his gifts and contributions to theatre in his community and in our province will be remembered fondly.
