I met John when I joined the South Pickering Amateur Radio Club. SPARC gave John opportunities to practice his technical electronic skill. He repaired many of my radios. I have known John for more than 25 years. He did not drive. I wouldu pick him up and we went to the various Hamfests together. It was a great time to talk and learn more about him. He was very proud of his Father. John was an electronic genius. We have lost a good man, a good friend. 73 John de Hart VA3OU sk
