ROBB, Ian Alexander - Peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, Ian Robb passed away at the Stedman Community Hospice in Brantford, on Tuesday August 6th 2013 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Shelley Robb. Forever remembered by his children John (Brenda), Ruthvan; Kevin, Toronto; Catherine Lachapelle, Grimsby and Bryan, Hamilton. Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Kristen, Daniel, Amanda and Andrea. Cherished brother of Willa and her husband Ron. Ian will be dearly missed by his extended family, former colleagues and many dear friends. Forever missed by his beloved dog Kaylee. Ian was exceedingly proud to serve his community through Lions. Over the years he served in many capacities at both the local club and district level. Ian was District Secretary, Club President and Club Treasurer. Ian's home club was the Galt Cambridge Lions Club. His service to others gained him the following awards: the International Leadership Award, Melvin Jones Fellowship and the Helen Keller Fellowship. Friends will be welcomed at the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL FUNERAL HOME 1105 Rest Acres Road, on Friday August 9th, 2013 from 4 to 7 p.m. A Lion's Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. In accordance with Ian's wishes, cremation will follow the service.
