Darcy Edward Farough

FAROUGH, Darcy Edward - April 24, 1970 - February 15, 2013 Darcy Farough, beloved husband of Kathryn Farough of Calgary, AB passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the age of 42 years. Darcy is survived by his wife Kathryn; three children Brandon, Dawn and Richard; his parents Bruce and Thelma Farough; two brothers and sisters-in-law Dennis and Shana Farough and Franklin and Jennifer Farough; two nieces Jacqulyn and Tiffany and his mother-in-law Bonnie Sippel. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W. Always had a smile

Forgive me as I just found out today about Darcy's passing. I worked at ACH for four years before going to SHC last April. Sometimes I would go visit Darcy and just talk with him. Darcy always had a smile, and was always so kind and spoke highly of his family. I am at a lost for words when thinking of this. Darcy you will truly be missed. Thank you for the time you took to chat, to teach, and to make others laugh. May you Rest In Peace. Thank you for everything you've ever done for us!

I was shocked and saddened to hear of this loss. Darcy was a great, happy person and I will miss joking with him. He was always helpful and kind. My thoughts go out to his family.

Darcy was a very valuable member of our ACH staff. He supported the Anesthesia department in several jobs that now make all of our lives much easier. He was always happy and put smiles on anyone had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be greatly missed. May you cherish the memory of such a great guy!

My heart goes out to all of you at this time of great sadness. I have taught both Dawn and Richard and have met both Brandon and Kathryn on several occasions. They are a close and loving family and my thoughts are with them.
