DOREY, Mary - After a brief and courageous battle with cancer, her family is saddened to announce the passing of Mary Dorey, on Thursday, November 22nd, 2012. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Mary was a war bride and came to Canada from England in 1946. She raised her three boys in Welland and moved to Pt. Colborne when her husband retired. Mary lived at Chelsey Park Retirement Home for many years and, more recently, at Extendicare, in London. Beloved wife of the late Charles Dorey. Loving mother of David, Douglas (Darlene) and Duncan (Susan). Proud grandmother of Daniel, Michael and Sean. We wish to thank Helping Hands (Harvey) for their expert and very kind care of Mary, while she was going through treatment. Mom: You did so many things for us, Your heart was kind and true And when we needed someone We could always count on you And all that life has given us And all that's left to do We will never have a greater gift Than our memories of you.
