COOK, John David - January 11, 1938 - September 22, 2012 Peacefully in the loving presence of his wife of 45 years, Ulla, John passed away at K.G.H. John leaves two sons, Michael and family (Philadelphia), and Kristofer and family (Sweden). He is survived also by his brother David and sister Mandy of England. John attended the University of Manchester, Oxford and Harvard Divinity School. He taught in the Department of Religion at Queen's until his retirement. Cremation has taken place. Private service will occur in Cheltenham, England, in the spring. Donations in John's honour may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington or the Canadian Diabetes Association. 11981735
