Our condolences to Janet, Ursula, & family. We have great memories of Mike when he moved out to Vancouver in the late 60. He arrived with two guitars and a reel to reel tape deck loaded with Beatle tunes. He moved in with us & quickly became part of the family. He bought a BSA 650 motorcycle & sports car and would spend all his weekends traveling around B.C. You will be missed, but not forgotten by your Aunts and cousins in Vancouver.

Mike was a great guy. We went to high school together and I remember him fondly. The world is a better place because he was in it.

Dear Darlene & Family: Please accept our sincerest sympathy on the loss of your brother. Although we didn't know him, we do know that 61 years old is simply far too young to leave this world. Our thoughts are with you all at this very difficult time.

Dear Janet and family:I only knew Michael as a smiling member of St. Michael's parish in Monkland. It was always a pleasure to hear his greeting at Mass and I certainly knew about him, and how much he loved life.I lost my first husband at 61; it is too young for us to be widowed but God knows better than we do. I will keep you and your family in my prayers at this difficult time.My condolences also to Maureen, who is a good friend.Sincerely, Joan Levy Earle

I had the pleasure of working for & with Mike. He was a special person, loved life to the fullest, he would call at all hours to tell me to go outside and look up at the space station or the northern lights. I enjoyed snowmobiling in evenings where he would stop for no other reason than to look skyward at the stars. Thank you Mike for sharing your pleasures in life with us,you have left us with many lasting memories. Please accept our sincere thoughts and prayers. Your friends Jan/Chuck, from TX.
