Sad time

Marjorie was was two years older than me and as children in Kingston, England, we obviously must of met quite a lot, but memories fade of that time together. It was not until later on in life that we met up in Britannia, Ottawa, and when she visited us here in England. From then we met Margaret, John, and the families.

We kept in touch with Marjorie by e-mails, if only to discuss our old age aches and pains. We will miss the tete-à-tête if was only by electronics. Sleep soundly love.

Although we were a distance away from each other, for these past years, I kept in touch by skype with her. Our Mothers were in touch by phone weekly. They were good friends since they were both warbrides, since the 40's. It is hard right now but you have your memories to keep you going. My sincere condolences are with all of you and your families. Love xx

Margaret David and John .So sorry to hear of Your Mothers passing.

She was a very good friend of mine. When we first got to know each other I invited her for Tea, and got my first lesson on how to make a perfect cup of tea,

And she was a perfect friend ever after.

Sincere sympathy from Sandra Dick and family
