Duncan McMaster

McMASTER, Duncan - The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the age of 70 years. Beloved husband of Dorice (née Larochelle) McMaster of Sudbury. Son of the late John and the late Nora (née Burke) McMaster. Loving father of Natalie McMaster (Steph Swierenga), Al McMaster both of Ottawa and Eric McMaster (Sacha Haskim) of Simcoe. Dear brother of Terry (Cheryl) of Sudbury, Cathy Lusk (late Dave) of Val Caron, Bonita McMaster of Sudbury, Trudy Lemieux (late Mike) of Hanmer, Randy of Timmins, Annie Gauthier of Hanmer and Libby Abbott (Gary) of Manitouwadge. Predeceased by his brother Hughie (Diane of Elliot Lake). Cherished grandfather of Riley, Hayden, Jacob, Kieran and Cathy. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME , 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Friday, February 8, 2019 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Therese. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to Dorice and her family for your loss. I was shocked to see that Duncan had passed away. He will be missed by all the people he touched. My thought and prayers are with all of you. I am glad that I got to know him a long time ago RIP Duncan

On behalf of all the seniors at St. Andrew's Place (111 Larch) we would like to express our sympathies to the family. Duncan was a very humble man and always had kind words for everyone. He will be missed by many who enjoyed his music.
