Gini was a tireless promoter of Kingston, with a great sense of humour. She was, among other things, one of the driving forces of the Greater Kingston Community Foundation. I had the good fortune of having worked with her for some of her many charitable endeavours. Her endless optimism was infectious. I always enjoyed chatting with her and Irving - at their home and at social gatherings. She will be missed. One does not come across too many people like her in one’s life time.
