Dear Judith, Richard, Nigel, Christine & Families, we are saddened by Millicent’s passing & want you to know we are thinking of you. Your parents were such good, kind, generous friends after we arrived in Canada in 1955, and much appreciated. Our parents, Mabel & Gordon, brother Cedric and my husband John, have also since passed. Hugs from, Denise Armitage (Anthonisen, Dorrington), & Pamela (Gordon Bates)
Fond memories and Symathies

As one of the 7 Andrews children, I have many fond memories of the Parkes as they cared for us when our parents were away or just to give them a break for the day. Millicent will be remembered by all of us as a kind and giving person, who was also a very good friend of my Mom's for so many years. We are so thankful to have been a part of her life in some small way and will cherish the memory of her for all our lives. . We extend our sincerest condolences to all of the family.

I'm happy to have this information.

She was quite a lady to me; my Aunt Millicent. She did my hair once and we enjoyed visit with our cousins. Uncle Roy lived right next door to them.

The memories return with pleasure

I would like to get in touch with her daughter Judith which is my cousin.

However I live with my daughter Debbie and she helps me with tech stuff

She is on facebook and connected to family. Please friend her on facebook
