Retirement of William D. Stover, P.Eng It is with great admiration that we announce the retirement of William (Bill) D. Stover as Executive Chairman of Mott Manufacturing Ltd., effective November 1, 2012. Located in Brantford Ontario, Mott is a successful manufacturer of its own line of laboratory furniture and fume hoods. With over 300 employees, Mott products are distributed throughout the world. Bill's career at Mott began in 1994, when he joined the company as President. Within a few months, Bill hired future business partner, Edward Seegmiller, then Controller. Together, Bill and Ed acquired Mott from L.A. (Sandy) Crews in 1996. In January 2008, Bill moved into the Executive Chairman role, passing the torch of President & CEO to Ed. After retirement, Bill will continue to be involved with Mott as a member of the Board of Directors. Over the last 18 years, Bill has been instrumental in the growth and success of Mott. In April 2003, Mott moved from its original location on Wadsworth Street to a new custom designed 100,000 square foot production facility in the Brantford North West Business Park. The new facility features a state-of-the-art powder coating line, flexible manufacturing panel-bending systems that include laser technology, and an in-house water treatment facility that meets stringent government requirements to protect local waterways. Continuous growth and prosperity in business lead to a 50,000 square foot addition of Mott's Brantford facility in 2010. Bill has been a valuable member of the Management Team and has provided outstanding guidance and leadership throughout the years. Both dedicated and approachable, Bill has shown a steadfast commitment to the success of the company, a genuine level of care for every single employee who works for it, and a commitment to giving back to the community he has served. Bill, from all of your friends at Mott, we would like to recognize your very successful career and wish you the best in your well deserved retirement. 12068984

Bill, we know from our friendship with you what an outstanding person you are and how that must have translated through your career into the obvious success and regard in which you are held. We wish you many years of happy retirement, and hope to share some of that time with you on the Bay.
