Dear Aunt Arlene Joanne Fred Jeff and grandkids, I was saddened to hear about Uncle Fred. I have wonderful childhood memories of Uncle Fred .He had the most engaging smile and wonderful sense of humor, growing up I remember how well he could play the bagpipes. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very sad time. Your cousin Ann

My sincere condolences to Arlene,Fred Jr. and family.I had the pleasure of working for and with Fred over many years in Northern Ontario. He was a true gentleman and the memories will never be forgotten. The loudest that I ever heard the bagpipes was when he marched around the swimming pool in Blind River and played while we swam.Great Times Jim & Susan Torrance
